LATE BREAKING NEWS FOR GLID OWNERS

The Denman Activity Centre has now shut down all gatherings due to coronavirus health concerns, as have other venues on Denman Island. While this is somewhat inconvenient for our planned AGM, our residents’ health is very important to us and we think it is a responsible thing to do.

As an alternative way for the AGM and Trustees Meetings to proceed safely and still provide GLID owners with the information they would normally receive, the GLID management team will proceed to meet tonight in person to conduct the AGM and Trustees Meetings, and has arranged a toll-free conference call by which owners and members of the public can listen in.

The Trustees Meeting will start immediately after the AGM, and you can stay dialled-in to listen to it as well.

During the AGM and Trustees Meetings, the Trustees will respond to the questions that they have received which relate to the AGM agenda, the Trustees Meeting agenda, or to GLID’s ability to manage its operations in the current situation. In order to get through all the Agenda items, the Trustees may not respond to questions that they feel are not relevant to the topics at hand.
